Fabric

When purchasing new clothing you usually think about how it looks, not what it's made from. It's time to shift! Natural fibers are generally recognized as being more environmentally sustainable than their synthetic counterparts. New research (and old!) suggest the material's vibrational energy can have a huge impact on our energy, mood and overall health.

The idea is that clothing fabric has unique frequencies determined by the material, texture and weave.

The human body has a signature frequency about 100 and a nearly dead person has a frequency about 15, which is the same as synthetic fibers. The higher the fabric frequency, the more energy it gives to the body.
  • Natural fibers like wool, linen, and organic cotton are not only eco-friendly, but also have inherent vibrational frequencies that can positively influence your well-being.
  • The vibrational frequencies of natural fabrics typically range from 100 to 5000 Hz. Synthetic fabrics like polyester and nylon have lower, even harmful frequencies.

Linen and wool frequency is 5,000 and it's important to note: They can’t be worn together as they cancel each other's frequency out to zero!

Synthetic Fibers impact our body at a cellular level. Wearing these fabrics, especially when you’re hot (open pores) allows for the absorption of more toxins. They hold negative static charge in our body and attract EMF's, which can be detrimental to the heart, an electrical system.

There are a lot of synthetic fibers in our shoes too. I recommend The Earthing Movie to learn more about grounding your body:
