Unlike traditional talk therapy or coaching, Body Code works directly with the subconscious mind to identify and release trapped emotions that may be affecting your physical health, emotional wellbeing, or overall energy. This work is deep and powerful, even if it doesn’t take a long time.
Because we’re working at the energetic level, your body needs time and space to process and integrate the shifts that occur during a session. Going longer than necessary can actually overwhelm the body or subconscious, reducing the effectiveness of the healing process.
